2008 - Present.
In this work, various materials and processes are used from drawing, photography, inkjet, silkscreen, painting, etc.. to create a multi-layered format. I have also begun to introduce the aspect of automated/mechanical drawing through the use of a robotic drawing tool. I think it is important to note that in this work, I am taking cues from chaos and accident in an effort to (at least partially) remove the ego from certain aspects of the process. This in combination with hands on painting, drawing and the use of computer aided output techniques, I seek to extend my vantage point and explore a more open-ended and flexible approach to creating work.
