Simply, stated, these pieces are LED embedded objects that represent overlaid mappings from photographs. Multiplying completely unrelated patterns that ranged in subject matter from crime scene investigation to cosmological groupings I created the placement for each of the LED bulbs.

Having done photography and video for a few years, I decided I missed the hands on tactility of making a physical object. Using CNC milling, laser etching and lots of bus wire, resistor calculation and sautering, the light pieces above are the direct result of this ambition.
